Answer:	I don't remember whether there is an expiration date written on the bottle or not but, with my last purchase, I have used it for almost a year. It has a clear color. I read the reviews before I purchased and some people said the smell is too strong for them, yet some didn't mention the smell at all. I think it depends on how sensitive you are to the smell. I didn't feel bothered by the "smell" because all oil products have their own "smell". I used this for my hair so all I can say is it is a good product. My hair looks shiny and healthy.

Answer:	I think so; there hasn't been any change in how long my hair color lasts since I started using this shampoo, and my hair feels much cleaner and softer (plus no more itchy scalp).
