Answer:	I like to use shampoo first so that my hair is clean and free from any product buildup. Then I towel dry so my hair is damp but not dripping wet and apply this hair mask :)

Answer:	I’ve used it twice and I still have left for a third time. My hair is shoulder length though, so I don’t really need much of it. If you have longer/ thicker hair maybe you have for two applications.

Answer:	Yes, you should apply heat. Sit next to your oven with the door open if you have to. I used my blow dryer. Heat changes the structures of protein molecules. Use heat.

Answer:	It’s better to dye hair first then use the treatment like 1-2wk later. Color will absorb better if used prior. However, if I were you, i’d probably wait 2-3 wks to dye my hair.
