Answer:	You can use it in the day or night. The night time one has eucalyptus and menthol, for me it has a slightly burning sensation and smells a little like Vicks vapor rub. But after about 10 minutes it does seem to help with a stopped up nose. This is not something that I use all the time just when I have a cold and my nose is stopped up.

Answer:	This one has eucalyptus/menthol and really helps to open you up and feel like you can breath again. Much better than the regular saline.

Answer:	You can use it anytime. My guess is it's called nighttime for marketing purposes. They have a couple of versions of simply saline, one for allergies, one for sinuses and the nighttime. The only difference in any of them is the nighttime has the eucalyptus oil. People seem to feel more stuffy at night, probably from lying down and the eucalyptus oil helps open the sinus passages allowing easier breathing.

Question:	How many does it come with
Answer:	No the Charge 4 does not measure the heart rate accurately when its in clip. I bought a Charge 4 and was disappointed because I prefer a clip. And it doesn't do active minutes but does zone minutes based off heart rate which doesn't work unless on wrist. I then bought a Charge 3 and its active minutes work when wearing a clip (like the One). It tries to measure heart rate while in the clip not sure of accuracy but you can see it. I wear it on my wrist at night because I like to see my sleep patterns based on heart rate.

Answer:	It is EXTREMELY strong, there is nothing natural about waking up and still smelling an overpowering scent in the morning from yesterday's shampoo. It is an unpleasant grandma smell

Question:	Is this a leave in or a rinse out conditioner
Answer:	It's meant to rinse out. It's very thick so I rub it in my hands to thin it before I put it in my daughter's hair. I used a recycled spritz Bourke and used a little of the conditioner with warm water and made leave in conditioner with it as well. It's not greasy at all and doesn't leave her hair crunchy either. It's great!
