A person takes I would think a serving of the liquid may equal the regular tablets maybe. A person takes 6 mini tablets a day (2 at each meal). Regular tablet...3 a day, one with eat meal. You can crush the tablets if you need also. I didn't know how to swallow and chewed a kids vitamin until someone taught me to swallow. If you don't know how to swallow....trying the mini may help and eventually the regular tablet maybe easy. I just throw the tablet in the back of my mouth and gulp down lots of water fast. Answer:	The smell of the shampoo & conditioner are just ok nothing great. It’s not a powerful scent, but they can improve it to have a more pleasant scent. I wouldn’t buy it again. Also, the shampoo is very watery & doesn’t really lather nicely. Conditioner isn’t too bad
