Answer:	It is adequate but not wonderful. The straps that hold it on just wrap around and must be tightened fully or use the rubber band provided. It does remove the "spotlight" effect and reduce glare. I like the speedlite very much, it can be adjusted for multiple exposures. I am still learning all the settings.
