Question:	Does this product help with frizz and flyaways
Answer:	No. This product is to help make your hair stronger so it doesn't break as much when you highlight or color it. If you want no frizz and flyaways, you need to put keratin back into your porous hair. The best product for that is the Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Ginger Treatment. Yes, it's expensive (I got my bottle for $18 on Amazon for about 5 ounces) but you use it once a month and OMG what a difference you will see!!! Trust me, I've researched and tried every product under the sun! I was even going to get one of those Keratin Treatments until I found out ALL of them have formaldehyde (even the ones that say they don't). Having had cancer in the past, I do not wish to do anything that will bring it back hence the no formaldehyde. So I researched other ways and tried the Paul Mitchell product I mentioned. I now have smooth hair most of the time. Hope this helped.

Answer:	Just buy it from a salon and you'll know it's the real deal. Your only saving about $4 buying it off amazon but your also adding to diversion when purchasing it here. Olaplex works really hard to stop sellers on Amazon. This will be reported.

Answer:	Stayed a year back at one of these boutique hotels and used some of the mini shampoo bottles, natural blond hair never treated or colored but it was completely ruined. Did get a little improvement with some 200 shampoo and conditioner but this solved the tangled messy look completely. This is after just a few times of 10 minutes and hanging in the sauna for heat. So then cvs was out of the frida brand of conditioner and i just grabbed the brunettte. Well that made it quite brown soninguess it’s good for color. Then got the lightning conditioner and after all this stupid trust in a mainstream brand it’s blond again and not frizzy. I’ll let it rest and do this olaplex 3 product again. Really worked in this case, recommend for natural blond. Amazed something worked after oils, exoensive conditioners did not. It was literally breaking a lot every day for a year too. Just do it a little and wash it out, it’s very effective and i think it better to not overdo a good thing.

Answer:	I am a licensed beautician of 24yrs. This IS the real product. I have had it in my Salon for years. Since the pandemic I wasn't able to get it quick enough from my supplier so I ordered it from Amazon. I scanned the coding on the back (because I do sell the product as well) and the correct code were on them that sends me to the original retailer. The bottle (40 of them) were unopened and not tampered with. Amazon is a billion dollar corporation they are not going to lie and risk their companies integrity over $20+. This is a great product.

Answer:	Use both! They serve two different purposes. Start with leaving a generous amount of the conditioning mask on your hair during your final rinse. If you're not madly in love with the result, use a little less the next time. Apply a tiny amount of the oil to the ends of your hair before you blow-dry, but don't get carried away here --- the last thing you want to do to the delicate tips is french-fry them. Smooth any stubborn post-dry flyaways with another small dot rubbed between your palms and fingertips.
Question:	can this product be used on relaxed hair
Answer:	You can surely use it! I've been using it since I relaxed my hair and damaged it. I leave it on as long as I can; a day or even two and then wash it off. My hair was feeing so dry and like straw and also breaking. This treatment has it feeling like real hair again. I'm super happy with it. I'm going to keep using it because I need this damaged hair to be decent until my natural hair grows back. Might be a long answer but I hope it helps!

The ingredients are printed very small, with long names but I will do my best. Answer:	My hair is just like yours! I normally don't apply it near my roots, because they get greasy easily. Instead, I apply approximately from the ears down. If you find that it makes your hair oily, I recommend cutting it with a bit of regular conditioner to decrease the amount on argan oil going onto your hair.

Answer:	Yes, free of both. I checked the ingredients list on the jar before responding here. And, I love this product. Before this I used "It's A 10" , which I would still recommend to anyone who asks, but this product is best for me. I use it after my shower while my hair is still wet, then again in the morning with a few drops of water on my fingers. A little goes a long way. My hair goes down my back 1/2 way down my shoulder blade.
Question:	Is the hair mask rinsed out or leave in
Answer:	It all depends on your hair! We recommend rinsing out, but we've had a lot of fans tell us they love using it as a leave in. We hope this helps!

Answer:	I do not think that it is the "real, real " like the oak wood. But it is very sturdy.. I bought it for almost one year and it looks like brand new. Answer:	Yes, this is good quality. Although we did find that as baby got taller he could bump his head on the edge as the changing pad is lower than the charming tray. We covered the edge with a bumper.

Answer:	Assembly is required, it wasn't too complicated, but took awhile still because the directions weren't super clear. Took a little over an hour.

Answer:	I ordered the cherry finish and it's definitely cherry. I think it would be safe to assume that the finish they list as black is black and not brown. On my computer the black is black. You may be able to contact the manufacturer and verify the color before ordering it

Answer:	I did have a brazilian blow out years ago, but continue to use the product now since it makes my hair feel fantastic. I do not think you have to have a brazilian blowout for this product to work for you. A brazilian blowout is a chemical treatment to the hair to keep it non-frizzy and straight if you want it straight, but can work on curly hair also. The product has a little amount of the chemical in it, therefore, helps to keep the hair non-frizzy. Again, I do not think you must have the brazilian blow out first to have this product work for your hair. Use only a little since your hair is fine.
Question:	my stylist used conditioner by brazilian blow that we left on after she dried and flat iron my hair is this the product I am looking for
Answer:	Not sure, there are 2 different processes that brazillian blowout has that I know of and the version I had this conditioner product was not used. I bought this due to the daily conditioner was a little light for my hair. I needed something more heavier. The process I had was a prep spray before the treatment and then a product to actually straighten the hair dry and flat iron. My stylist never used a conditioner during my process

Question:	Can it be used for dry scalp treatment
Answer:	I'm not sure what exactly a dry scalp treatment is? I don't know why you couldn't use this though. Coconut oil is great for dry skin...
Question:	Can this product be used on Dry hair
Answer:	I have used it in the shower on my hair PRIOR to getting it wet as dry hair tends to soak in more of what is applied as the hair pores are open (as advised by my hairdresser), if that is what you were asking. If you are asking can it be used on hair that is normally dry versus oily; that is the primary intention of the product - to nourish dry, damaged, hair.

Answer:	I'm not too sure if it's for split ends, but from my experience the roots and ends of my hair was moisturized and helped a lot.
Question:	Is this safe for dyed hair
Answer:	I'm pretty sure it would be OK to use when you dye your hair!

WASH & TOWEL DRY HAIR

This hair mask should be applied to washed and towel-dried hair.



​*Tip for washing before applying the mask:

Just like your laundry needs a rinse cycle before you add detergent, hair should be thoroughly wet before you add your shampoo. If you have long hair condition first. Lather up, but only at the scalp. Only wash once, then apply conditoner to the mid length and tips. Finish with a cool / cold water rinse. 



 

APPLY MASK

Use your hands and fingers to evenly distribute throughout hair, piece-by-piece, beginning at the scalp and all the way through each strand. Massage the product in from the roots to the tips then comb through your hair with your fingers. 



​Leave the mask on for up to 20 mins, depending on your hair condition.  How often you should use the mask depends on your hair type. Ideally, you should use it every time you wash your hair, but once a week is okay. If you have dry or frizzy hair, leave the mask on overnight. 



 

STYLE HAIR AS NORMAL

Lather hair with cool water before rinsing gently. How easy it is to get this magical deep conditioner out of your hair depends on your hair type and your shampoo.​ Ity may take a couple of washes but remeber to be gentle with your hair!
