Answer:	The red *looks* dark brown, if you just spray it on something, but when you spray it on your hair, it blends in red. So, if I were you, I would use the dark brown. Unless your hair is black, it will just look like black roots.

Answer:	I always stock up & have yet to notice any type of xp date. I have yet to find one that I would've considered expired either by texture or performance, so I doubt you need to worry about it. It's available on subscribe & save if you're looking to save some $$.

Answer:	Hello! This product does not have an expiration date. All of our products have been tested to have at least a 3-year shelf life if unopened and stored at normal room temperature, during which they will retain their integrity and perform as expected. If your product looks and smells the way it normally does, it is good to use.

Answer:	Since you have short hair you will have enough product to cover it!

Answer:	i usually leave on 15 instead of 10 because of hard to color grays and yes it is darker on less resistant hair but settles down after 1 or 2 washes. hope that helps

Question:	Do the dark brown colors stain tile/grout when washing out
Answer:	I use my stainless steel sink to rinse color out. Also I cover my bathroom sink (light ceramic) with an old towel designated for just that, to avoid stains while Appling color. Have experience with staining on a manufactured vanity top from brown color. Tile and esp. grout would be very likely to stain.
Question:	Can this product be used on one's eyebrows
Answer:	Yes. I put some on a Q tip and apply over both eyebrows.. and then use a clean Q tip to remove any access that may have gotten on my skin. I leave it on no more than 7 mins and never had an issue. It works fantastic.
Question:	can you shampoo directly after coloring
Answer:	Even though the directions state to just rinse, I always shampoo after coloring and have never had a problem. Though I do usually leave it in for longer than 10 minutes - maybe 20.
Question:	Can you use this more than once
Answer:	you can try and use half and save the other half for later...just seal the bottle and tube...try to use 50% of tube and bottle...or less if you just want to do the mail part and sides! Do not keep any mixed product.

Answer:	It wouldn't b a good idea to use all over. It makes the hair a little dry. Also it would prob take the whole can. I love this for my roots but don't think I'd use it all over.

Answer:	If your hair is medium brown, just use the medium brown spray. I use Dark Golden Brown hair color, and when I want to temporarily cover the grey roots I use Dark Brown touch up spray.

1. Do a patch test 48 hours before coloring
2. When you’re ready to color, mix the colorant (#2) into the developer (#1) and shake it up!
