What was at the top is now the bottom. The teeth of the clip remain next to your head. You will need to do a little smoothing of the bottom hair, which is now at the top. And a bit of styling to get the curls to fall the way you want. Just fasten the clip over your own hair as you would have done with it the "right" side up. The beauty of it is that there is no up or down. I actually prefer it upside down because I like the extra curl. If you still have problems, I'll try to take a couple of pics. Let me know. |

| Answer: | You can use Ritt More Dye to dye synthetic hair (its meant for polyester, nylon, etc.). I have dyed several wigs in the past and have all turned out beautiful! Just follow the Ritt Dying Guide to match the colour you want. If you are wanting a bright/ unusual colour make sure to get the lightest wig possible! Let the water come to a boil before adding the dye and mix it together. Be sure to follow the guide and keep everything proportionate (so if your pot only holds 3 gallons of water instead of 6, cut your dye measurements in half). Fully wet the wig before putting it in the pot. Once it is in the pot constantly stir it for 30 min. After the 30 min is up, take the wig out of the dye and take it to the bathroom. Throughly rise out the wig with cold water until the water runs clear. In another pot/ container mix conditioner and water; put the wig in and let it sit there for about 10 minutes. Rinse throughly again. Now either hang the wig to dry or pat dry with a towel. After it is completely dry, style as normal! Hope this helps!! |

HOW TO WASH THE HAIR EXTENSIONS
1.Comb your hair with a brush that has soft bristles or a comb with wire pin just before you wash it.This releases any tangles.It is best not to comb from top to ends one time if the hair is a curly style.
2.Wet your hair with lukewarm water.Hot water may be more comfortable,but it deteriorates the synthetic hair fibers and shortens the extensions' lifespan.Do not attempt to brush your synthetic hair extensions when they are wet.
3.Lather the hair and extensions with a mild shampoo without a bunch of unpronounceable chemicals as ingredients.All-natural is best.
4.Rinse the shampoo out of hair extensions.Use a hair conditioner that is very oily,like a deep conditioning treatment.Rinse off 90% but leave just a little in,to prevent tangling.
5.Towel-dry your hair as best you can and then allow nature to finish the process.Do not blow dry,this will cause a lot of useless tangles that will ruin your extensions.
HOW TO APPLY THE HAIR EXTENSIONS
1.Comb or brush your hair thoroughly. Gather your hair together with an elastic band.
2.Use gel or spray to control wispy "flyaways".
3.Position the ponytail so that one clip or comb attachment is above, and the other is beneath, the elastic that holds your own hair in place.
4.Gently push the comb attachments into place behind the elastic band that holds your hair. If a drawstring is attached, pull the drawstring until the ponytail extension cinches snugly against your head.

| Answer: | I honestly wouldn't risk curling it with heat, but there are other methods. It is synthetic and the tag does say "heat resistant" but if you wanted to curl it without heat I don't see that doing any harm. what you do is get those spongy/squishy rollers, then lightly spray each section of hair you want curled with water (not soaking wet, just moist) and then use the squishy curlers to curl it. Let it set overnight, then the next morning, VIOLA! Ripples, waves and curls! |
