Answer:	You can move the handle to either side and an electrician can change the leads to the motor for you to reverse it...just stay north of the equator.
Question:	can this product be used to polish my aluminum boat hull and if so how
Answer:	I think a reciprocating saw with a blade for cutting steel or cast iron would be better. I think the angle grinder would probably have the torque to do it but you would definitely need to get some better cutting wheels. these abrasive wheels are only good for grinding not cutting.

Answer:	The thread size is 5/8" for threaded wire brush wheel etc. but the flange that locks cutting and grinding wheels takes 7/8". Pretty standard for 4.5" angle grinders. Hope this helps

Answer:	I just took delivery of one of these as was shocked that the instruction manual explicitly states, "This power tool is intended to function as a grinder ... Operations such as sanding, wire-brushing, polishing or cutting-off are not recommended"!! Holy cow! It mentions this in several places and doesn't cover installing, say, a cut-off or cup disc. Who buys one of these and doesn't expect to do these things??

Answer:	I would assume it would, Just need to find the correct polishing compound. Would use the black pad with a mild polish first, and if needed, then switch to buff majic. Pro-polish should help to resore the color and remove light oxidation.

Answer:	The pads are Velcro-backed and made to work with the Velcro wheel on the Shurhold polisher. There is no center hole on these pads.

Answer:	CANT SAY i dont know what thread or etc you have. but this is just a bolt with a nut on it. take it off go to home depot and by the bolt that fits your polisher. i used a longer bolt but used a chuck on the variable speed drill. my vs polisher was to small so used ryobi drill
