Answer:	I tried it on plastic and it cuts ok at first and then it doesn't. It's really designed for just quick, small paper cutting. It's not a heavy duty item. I use it with one item at a time and you really have to hold down the clear placement bar so it doesn't curve. Hey... it's cheap and it works. If you need more then you need to go to a big, heavy wood base with a metal cutter arm. Those are designed for heavy duty, long term use. This one is not.

Answer:	No. Also you have to make sure you press down on the clear plastic part that sits over the paper near the blade to hold the paper in place or it won't cut straight.

If you want that scent, get the one in the clear bottle, which doesn’t seem to be available as an EDP, but only as an EDT. But the good news is that the EDT is less expensive than the EDP. In my experience, the EDT “original” scent lasts longer and smells even better at the end of the day than it does at the beginning. I can’t say the same for this new scent in the EDP.
