Answer:	No these socks aren't thin like the hospital socks. There are a number of differences: 1) these socks are more the height of a crew sock 2) they are softer and a little more cushy 3) they are thicker 4) they wash well 4) my husband wears them all day and to bed at night . Answer:	The grips run to the heel on my husbands foot. He has good grip for walking on more or less slippery surfaces. He rarely wears slippers or shoes so the keep him from slipping. I have to noticed that they have shrunk when washed.

Answer:	No, but there are more 1/2" by 1/4" thick, shiny rectangular rubber non-skid pads on the outside that I've ever seen on this type of product. Personally, I wear an AFO (orthotic rigid brace from ball of foot to above mid-calf with articulated ankle) which is non-permeable. Nothing sticks to it, not even bathtub decals so the sole slides forward in shoes. wearing these socks give me complete grip inside the brace all the way up the back if the heel and also from ball of foot (where the AFO ends) to tip of toes. I no longer slide to the end of my shoe which is much safer walking. Since you asked, I tried them inside out just as a test and the grippers keep the sock in place, but obviously they are then unable to provide grip to the outside.

Question:	Hospital socks come in sizes, these don’t? How do these work? I wear an 11 women’s and just had foot surgery, so they need to be bigger
Answer:	I wear a 10 and they barely fit, 11 might not work, try a men's sock I love some of the men's skid socks I bought

Answer:	They do - I have a size 13 foot!
Question:	How can they fit up to women’s size 9 and men’s size 12, when a men’s size 9 is a women’s size 11? Would they fit a woman size
Answer:	Yes they would fit. Be careful however, you can feel the traction nubs thru the sock when you walk🙁 I should have returned them... for the price I kept them
