Answer:	It is watery and should be thicker to stay on the cuticles Plus it did not work, for these 2 reasons I returned it. Have to wonder where all the 5 star reviews were coming from.

Answer:	I leave it on for about three minutes and then push my cuticles down with a rubber topped cuticle stick. You can also used a wooden stick with a bit of cotton ball fluff wrapped on the flat end. Push gently and you should see the cuticle peel away. I might repeat this if I have done this in awhile.
