Answer:	The short answer is about a 1 cup. The long answer is as follows. I don't think there is an exact science to soaking your feet in lavender Epsom salt. At least three variables should be taken into consideration when determining the right starting point, such as the amount of water, the water's temperature, and the duration of time you are going to soak your feet. Your choices on all three will make a considerable difference toward your desired results. I recomend starting with hot water and soak until it cools to body temperature. Initially, the hot water creates sweating and increases blood circulation, which is excellent for detoxifying. Hot bath water also opens your pores and softens your skin. As your bath water cools, it allows the for the absorption of the magnesium and other minerals into your skin, through your pores. Your skin is your largest organ. Your skin will absorb whatever is in your tub's water. That is why you should only soak in USP Grade Epsom salts from a trusted brand and a reputable company. You certainly don't want to absorb any unknown "stuff" into your skin. Another beneficial component of Epsom salt is sulfur. The sulfer acts as a natural anti-bacterial agent. Finally, there is the real lavender essential oil; Authentic lavender essential oil has too many benefits to list. Google search: "benefits of lavender essential oil" and you will see why it is such a powerful, yet all natural, active ingredient in this bath salt. Answer:	If you order 3rd party (not sold nor shipped by amazon) the seller can take down the review not amazon. If you can no longer find a product for review, sometimes if it’s the same issue more than twice amazon pulls it off the website to do inventory/quality control then it goes back on. Answer:	Just soak your feet and go slow. Its not easy to cut yourself but it is easy to shave off to much at first until you get use to it.

Answer:	No. The packaging says made in China. I will say this, the large file is amazing. You have to be careful with it but it can remove dead skin quickly and is very effective. Honestly I haven’t really use the other files.

Step 3

The exfoliation process starts after 2-7 days. Do not try to remove the dead skin by force. The removal process can take up to 14 days.
