Answer:	Hello... I believe you probably have you phone set on "Flight Mode." This is only a guess. So go to Menu. From Menu go to Settings...press OK...with the down arrow go to Phone Setting press OK using the down arrow go to Flight Mode and make sure that is off and make sure that Normal Mode is on. I couldn't find a youtube video that addresses this however, on you tube there are a few unboxing video that show you have to navigate through many of the phone settings which is a great way to learn what buttons to push to make changes and set different options. The phone does a lot and has many features. I do believe you can ask this questions to the individuals who made the videos on Youtube and post your question in the comment section. But check out the phone settings under Settings and see what's going on there. And of course once you change your settings there should be an option to save. I would also recommend turn it off and back on once you change your settings. I hope this is helpful. I totally love my phone.

Answer:	I can't believe a seller would give such poor information! UV lights do nothing to speed the drying of normal nail polish especially LED UV lights! Normal nail polish works on evaporation. Since this lamp produces very little heat and no air movement you are just wasting your money! Ultraviolet lights work by creating a chemical reaction in the gel, shellac, or acrylic polymers, that doesn't occur in normal polish. I have a background in Chemistry and this can be used with normal polish it won't harm the polish, BUT IT'S A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY BECAUSE IT DOES NOTHING!
