Answer:	It would but depending on the style of the picture and frame attached it would not be my 1st choice. It works "great" for a bowl or a plate as is adjustible at the bottom. For a picture I would look further on line with amazon for an easel or at places like Hobby Lobby or other craft stores and think you would find something better suited for you.
Question:	Is there matching gel polish available
Answer:	I have a heavy glass plate standing on this support and the size of my plate is about 18 X 18. Holds just fine.
Question:	Could I do clear dip powder and follow it will a gel polish
Answer:	I do believe it will. You can spread the front stopper parts pretty wide and then just center the platter on it. The great thing about this stand is you can bend it to how you need it. The back of the stand will bend backwards pretty far too which can totally accommodate deep bowls. It's the perfect stand. The only stand we could find that would work for our super deep bowl.
Question:	Has anyone ever tried using powders from this or any other brand with the liquids of another brand
Answer:	Yes, absolutely! The material the product is made out of allows for you to bend it to accommodate for different size bowls/plates. One of the reasons I have 6 of these holders, I love them! I also change my displays often and have to reposition the holder for the next size bowl/product. Hope that helps.
