Step 1. OPI GelColor Base Coat

Shake GelColor Base Coat bottle vigorously before application. Apply a thin coat of OPI GelColor Base Coat down the center of properly prepped nail and then to each side leaving a tiny margin around the cuticle. Cap the free edge to prevent shrinkage. Cure 30 seconds in OPI Dual Cure LED Light.

Step 2. OPI GelColor

Shake GelColor bottle vigorously before application. Start applying 2 thin coats of OPI GelColor Gel Polish. Cap the free edge at each coat to prevent chipping. Cure 30 seconds in OPI Dual Cure LED Light.

Step 3. OPI GelColor Top Coat

Shake GelColor Top Coat bottle vigorously then apply a very thin coat of OPI GelColor Top Coat to the nail leaving a tiny margin around the cuticle. Cap the free .edge to seal in color. Cure 30 seconds in OPI Dual Cure LED Light.

Step 4. Finishing Touches

Remove the tacky layer from Top Coat with Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99. Apply a drop of ProSpa Nail & Cuticle Replenishing Oil and massage into cuticles to reveal finished look.

Step 1.

Use a nail art brush and Black Onyx to paint Hello Kitty’s Whisker. Flash cure 2-3 seconds. Paint Hello Kitty’s eyes then flash cure again.

Step 2.

With Many Celebrations to Go! And a dotting tool, create the nose. Flash cure 2-3 seconds.

Add Glitter All the Way to finish Hello Kitty’s nose then fully cure for 30 seconds.

Step 3.

Using All About the Bows and a nail art brush, paint half of Hello Kitty’s bow at the bottom right corner of the nail. Cure for 30 seconds. Then outline the bow with a nail art brush dipped in Black Onyx. Cure for 30 second
