Answer:	I seriously doubt it. The growth plates of your nails area little bit in front of the last (closest to the end of your fingers) and just behind the cuticle of each nail. What you see as nail growth is being pushed out from the growth plates. The result of this is that the fingernails that you see are made up of dead fingernail cells. Just like with your hair, and that is why it doesn’t hurt your hairs or nails to trim them. You can, however help protect your nails by using nail moisturizers, hand cream and wearing gloves during household chores or going outside in the cold. Answer:	I didn't find directions other than what is on each bottle. I only use one product at a time. Apply 2 coats to clean, dry nails the first day and another coat the next day. After a week, take it off and start over.
