Answer:	If you use the decorative nail and align them on your nail you shouldn't have a problem. Besure that the press on sticks to the existing nail color. The press on nail is design to stick to the natural nail and I will add a brush on glue so that they stick when I want them on longer than a night. If you use a brush on glue over the nail color to help the press on to stick, there goes your nail color.

Answer:	I would think so, but you may way to test a little piece first. I've never used it with water color paper. I use it on 65 to 110 lb cardstock and chipboard and it adheres perfectly.
