Answer:	Yes it is good for hands.. I bought this to use for my hands, but before I set it up I put my foot in to see if it would fit. My foot did fit, but I wear about a size 61/2. This is great for my hands. It does heat in about 2 hours. I find mine heats in just under 2 hours.

Answer:	No, there is no reason to put both hands in at once. You dip each hand 5-7 times, depending on how thick the wax you're using , and you put it in the plastic then the mitt.
Question:	I need the level of the wax to go about 1-2 inches above the position of a watch . The warmth is for my wrist -- will this unit be deep enough
Answer:	I needed the same thing because as a Lmt, my wrists take a lot of abuse. I don't have big arms or hands. But the unit was still not deep enough. We both need something where we can put our hands in from the top of the unit rather than the side of the unit. The bigger units which contain about 6 pounds of wax should do the trick. While it is true that you could cover your wrist if 1) there is an ample supply of wax, 2) you use a metal cup to scoop the wax onto your wrist 3) submerge the hand/wrist at a weird angle to make it work, and 4) keep dipping and turning your hand over a few times -- all of this extra effort isn't worth it. Soaking our hands/wrists should be hassle free, but with this unit it is not. Update: I returned the unit and within two days, my cc account has been refunded. Amazon has always been great to me when it comes to returns, which I don't do often. I am very grateful for Amazon's awesome return policy. Thank you Amazon.

Answer:	Unfortunately a size 10 won't fit in this unit, you would have to do heels and then toes. Beeswax should work without a problem, I use the wax for canning and just add the liquid oil like jasmine or honeysuckle for a nice fragrance.Canning wax does the trick for a fourth of the price!

Undertake a Paraffin Wax Treatment

• #1: Place the machine on a flat surface and lift up the lid
• #2: Put the paraffin wax into the machine and put the lid back on
• #3: Connect the machine into the power
• #4: Set the temperature to either 140F or 167F depending on the wax melting speed, and let the wax melt completely
• #5: After the wax has melted, turn off the machine and put the heat insulating grid into the machine.
• #6: Check for suitable temperature before using the wax with the thermometer

• #7: Clean your skin completely before the treatment
• #8: Use the brush/silicone spatula to spread an even layer of wax onto your hands/the area you’re going to wax and wait for the wax to dry
• #9: After the wax has dried, slowly dip your hands into the melted wax, with your fingers outstretched
• #10: Leave your hands in for 20-30 seconds

• #11: Relate steps 9 and 10 at least 4-5 times until it forms a thick layer on your skin
• #12: To help achieve a better effect, wrap your hands with the glove liner and put on a pair of heat-preservation cotton gloves
• #13: After 10-20 minutes, take off the gloves and get rid of the liner
• #14: Remove the hardened wax from your hands

Answer:	Not sure about shoe/foot size, but here are the interior dimensions of the spa: Length 12+3/4" Width 7". I added pics to our review.

Answer:	Yes it large enough for both. I have a size 8 foot and there was plenty of room. About the size of an oval crock pot but not nearly as heavy even with wax.
Question:	Where does the rack go, under the wax I am guessing? Also can you roll the wax off your clean hands back into the spa or is this not recommended
Answer:	Put in 2 to 3 lbs of wax. When liquid is 62.then float the rack to the bottom and leave it there. Also always wash you hands with soap and dry them . Have ready your plastic bag and a clean old dry wash clboth. Dip each hand 6 times slowly in the was to that the layers on. Then immediately out your hand into a plastic bag and wrap it around the hand. After the was has completely cooled..about 1/2 hour..roll the bag with the was off your hand and throw away. Never put used was back in the machine. Never contaminate the wax. You will not save money by infecting your hand if you keep reusing wax..especially if the hand or foot is not washed with soap and dried first...Hope this helps. I have been doing this beneficial treatment for 4 years.

2 Setting Modes -- One-click Heating & Customized Temperature

How to set the One-click Heating Mode （Power Saving Mode）?

1. Plug the machine and the screen will show OFF;
2. Press ON/OFF button and the screen will show C55;
3. Press SET button and the screen will show H60 and start heating automatically;

Notes:

• You cannot set desired temperature by this mode
• When 60 minutes finished, the machine will make a bee-bee sound and turn to 55℃ automatically and keep at 55℃

How to set the Customized Temperature Mode ?

1. Plug the machine and the screen will show OFF;
2. Press on/off button and then press "+/-" button to set your desired temperature; then it will start to melt (Temperature range is 45℃ -75℃，The melting point of paraffin wax is about 60℃)

Answer:	Hi, For melt the wax, you can set it to the highest temperature which is 85 C°/86 F° . For the treatments, approx 50- 55 ℃，you can soak your hands in, but it's better to test it on your wrist before putting your hands in it to afraid burn your skin.
Question:	What is the grid for
Answer:	The grid needs to put in the wax machine after the paraffin wax completely melted, to protect your hands/ feet not direct contact to the bottom.
Question:	Is the wax just like candle wax, which is impossible to remove
Answer:	No, is easy to remove.

About Paraffin Wax

• Professional quality Waxkiss paraffin wax will leave your skin soft, youthful, deeply moisturized, and healthy looking.

Step 1

• Turn on the machine and adjust the temperature. Heat approx 1.5H until the wax is melted into a liquid.
• When the wax cools to proper temperature, dip one hand / foot in the liquid wax in and out for about 3-4 times.

Step 2

• When there is a thick layer of wax forms on your skin, about as thick as apple peel, put on the liner.

Step 3

• Put on the heat-preservation cotton gloves. It retains heat for better results.

Step 4

• Keep the hands or feet warm for about 15-20 minutes, then take off the liners and the mittens. Peel off the hardened wax and discard hardened wax and used liners.

• IMPORTANT NOTE: directly pour the hot wax directly into the liners might exceed the liners' melting point. Please dip your hands or feet into wax first then put them into the liners to avoid overheating the liners.

Cosmetic benefits

Cosmetically, paraffin wax is often applied to the hands and feet. The wax is a natural emollient, helping make skin supple and soft. When applied to the skin, it adds moisture and continues to boost the moisture levels of the skin after the treatment is complete.

Therapeutic benefits

Paraffin wax may be used to help relieve pain in the hands of people with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia or other joint mobility issues.

It acts like a form of heat therapy and can help increase blood flow, relax muscles, and decrease joint stiffness. Paraffin wax can also minimize muscle spasms and inflammation as well as treat sprains.

Prepare the wax

Melt the wax to get it ready for use.

Apply skin care products

Massage a few drops of olive oil or other skin care products like, hand cream or moisturizer into the skin of the area you’re going the treat.

Apply the wax

Dip your entire hand or foot into the wax and leave it in for a few seconds until a layer forms over the area. Repeat this process until you have at least 10 layers of wax on your hand or foot.

Put on plastic liners

Once you’ve applied at least 10 layers of wax to your hand or foot, put on our plastic liners over that.

IMPORTANT NOTE: directly pouring the wax into the liner and dip your hand into the liner might cause the liners to melt. Please follow the correct steps mentioned.

Put on mitts/ socks

Place your hand/ feet in the mitts/ socks( also available in our store) or wrap it in a towel for 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove the wax

After 15 to 20 minutes, remove your hand from the mitt or towel and the plastic bag. Use soft tissue to remove the wax residue from your skin. Apply moisturizer all over your hand.
