Answer:	They are very similar not exactly the same that said the first three ingredients are the same and most of the rest is the same after that very little diffences. Answer:	Not completely. I mixed 1 cup into a 2 gallon watering can. There was some residue at the bottom but not much.

Answer:	The instructions that came with the unit are in broken English and not clear as to how to use it. I've been using the red lights and it seems to be fading the dark spot on my cheek. I honestly think that it would be fine to use the different colored lights in one treatment.
