Here are the ingredients from the squeeze tube so you can compare if you'd like: Water, Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Propylene Glycol, Octyldodecyl Stearate, Polyquaternium-10, Diazolidinyl , Urea, Paraffin, Acrylates/Acrylamide Copolymer, Mineral Oil, Dimethicone, Sodium Hydroxide, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Ceteth-10, Laureth-4, Polysorbate 85. I haven't tried it yet but have used the O'keeffe's in the tub for many years with excellent results. My eczema has been gone since using it. I'm a little worried because just a little change in ingredients might make a big difference for me, but I bought it so I'll try it.......

Answer:	I have been using the little tubes and I really like them. I just got the jar and the ingredients list is slightly different as well as texture of the lotion. The little lotion from the tubes have a thicker consistency and it doesn’t have a sticky tacky feel to it, where as the jar does. The consistency is also a bit thinner and has a very slight smell to it. I wouldn’t say it’s unpleasant but it won’t smell like daisies. I’d prefer the little tubes myself. In the end, it just feels a bit better.

Answer:	Thanks for asking Lacey. Once in a while, we hear about crystals in the gel - but they are not shards of plastic. Urea in high concentrations may form crystals if exposed to extreme heat or cold, which sometimes happens during shipping. You can just stir the gel up, which should break down any crystals, and it should be fine to use. Otherwise, just contact us directly and we'll make this right for you.

Answer:	Marina, yes you can use nail polish remover to remove the old layer. I usually put the renew on clean nails at night so that my cuticles can get a good treatment. The next day, I put on a coat of the white ridge filler, and a coat of the strengthener. I usually change it 2 to 3 times a week. If I am attending an outing or event, I will put a coat of regular colored polish on over nail kit, but make sure you remove the polish after a day or 2, then start all over again with the process. It's going to take some time for you to see some results however, in due time your nails will look healthy again.
