My product was exactly as advertised keeping rain and wind from my baby and I am satisfied I paid $5. These covers are pretty expensive in the store. My suggestion is do a Google shop search for "pink quilt cozy cover" find the matching picture and read the description and reviews on that shopping site to find out if this one is waterproof.
