Answer:	Wish I could tell you. I thought the cheaper infantino was more comfortable on the back it has an x pattern for support this has the strap that goes horizontally. I'm having problems with that right now hurting my lower back. My daughter is 20lbs right now so I just carry her in my arms at this point. I'm 6ft male. 180lb. So all I'm saying is that the back support really does make a difference if you are a woman. My wife has been using it still, but her lower back hurts because she can't carry her in her arms all day. Try the cheap one first at your local babies r us. If you don't like it return it.

Answer:	I'm currently a Target size XXL in tops, size 20-22 in bottoms and I found this carrier extremely comfortable. It is adjustable in all the places I need it, and I have no problem getting enough strap extension. It's my favorite (of 6*, sadly, and most way more expensive, argh). My husband prefers the Infantino Newborn Unison because it has straps that cross in the back, and its stretchy fabric feels super comfortable and... maternal/paternal somehow - and holds the baby closer to the body than any of the others (our kid pushes back a lot). Question:	Would this be comfortable to wear on an international flight? We'll be alternating between a carrier/car seat but are unsure of the straps an buckles
Answer:	No. In fact, you’ll probably need help fastening the straps even carrying them on the front. I had to put her in, lean up against something to keep her up while I reached around and snapped the back closure. I stopped using this once she reached about 6 months because she was too squirmy and I feared she would leap out while I tried closing it!

Bring the panels over each shoulder creating an X on your back.

The flatter you make the fabric, the better the weight distribution.
