Answer:	If you can get them to keep it on, my 12 month old wears it fine. It has an adjustable strap on the back that is easy to use and tightens the straps once the helmet is on. Just tight enough to keep them from pulling it off. Package says 3+ for age but that's not true. I'd say mine will be using hers till she's at least 5.

Answer:	45 lbs is pretty big for this trailer. My guy is 35 lbs and he is comfortable sitting up in it, but it's a tight fit laying down and he dislikes it. So, assuming yours will stand up the entire time, you gotta take wide turns and maintain a low center of gravity to ensure the trailer doesn't tip. Mine jumped out a few times, so you have to attach them with the built in short leash. A mirror looking back is critical so you can see what he's doing... I'd do lots of short rides in safe, uncongested places before taking him in any environment where there are peripheral dangers such as traffic, lots of people, and swerving.

Question:	When will the mesa car seat adapters be released will a britrax endevours car seat otto wash work with this stroller
Answer:	My daughter was 2 when I got her this helmet. It was just right for her head. It also came with additional pads that can be added to help with fitting snugly enough. The chin strap is very adjustable and you can also adjust the diameter of the head opening somewhat with a strap around the back of the head. I don't recall the head circumference or if I even measured it. She can actually still wear this one and she's turning 4 this month (June 2016). Hope this helps 

Answer:	I believe you'll get the same thing either way--they only make one size, and it's between the two listed sizes that third parties have labeled it.

Answer:	I'm not sure but it probably refers to head circumference in cm. For reference, my son wore this helmet from age 5 mos to 2 year, but he has s big head (98th percentile). Hope that helps some!
