Answer:	YES. We take it to the zoo, amusement park, parks, out on walks, the mall, anywhere we think two little ones (they are 3 yrs apart) may get tired and need to ride, which is most places. Answer:	My 3 yo daughter is almost 40" tall and I'd say she is almost too tall for it. She is ok when the canopy is extended but when the canopy is pushed closed, her head is resting against the canopy fabric. She has a very long torso, so it might still work for your son. I do love this stroller though, great push and nice fold. Very sturdy.

Answer:	There is not a bar that supports it. Just secured on the outline of seats. I'm not finding it to be problem for me. I have my 4.5 year old who is almost 50 pounds and my daughter who is 1.5 years old that is 25 pounds.
