Question:	Will this work on Ikea day bed? (ikea hemnes day bed
Answer:	It all depends on the sides of the bed not necessarily what's under it. The security straps have a plastic "T" on the end. They cross from the side with the safety gate under the mattress and out the other side where the "T" is positioned between (usually) the mattress and boxspring. That being said, I did use it briefly on a bed with no box spring and slats under it. We positioned the "T" with one side on the mattress and then just made sure that it was positioned over one of the slats so that it didn't fall through. It did work ok, but not recommended as the straps did occasionally slip due to not having a mattress or board etc. on the other side of the "T." It really all depends on the type of bed and what sides they would have to position the "T" on if that makes any sense.
Question:	Will this be short enough for a crib sized bed? What is minimum length for securing it
Answer:	Thank you for your question. You are only able to keep the video on constantly when the monitor is plugged in. The VOX is a Voice activated video on/off technology (VOX) - Voice activation auto-wakes the screen display when baby begins to cry, babble, or fuss and automatically returns to power-save mode after 30 seconds with no activity.

Answer:	No, they are held together by a "ribbon" underneath the mattress and can easily come away from the mattress and have to be tightened again. My two year old (almost 3) likes to kick them and I constantly have to tighten them again. Not strong enough to hold an adult pulling on them

Answer:	I used it on our day bed and it worked just fine. It fit tightly, and our 3 year old grandson was safe and secure in the bed.
Question:	How easy is the swing down function? Is it in the way for changing sheets/mattress pad? I would be using it for a child who is not yet potty trained
Answer:	The swing down function isn't necessarily easy, but I think the way it is designed is the easiest way it can get while still being secure. It has two flip up/down locks on either end of the rails. Flipping the locks can be done with one hand, but you can really only do one at a time. The rail doesn't really get in the way when changing the sheets, although it is best to flip the rail down when doing so. When properly installed, I feel very sure that my daughter will not roll off the bed, or that the device would fail; it feels very sturdy. We are using it on a full size mattress and there is a gap in between the footboard and the end of the rail big enough for an adult to sit on the edge of the bed while the rail is up. So our daughter can also climb on and off the end of the bed while the rail is up. This doesn't pose a risk for us being that our daughter doesn't roll much at night. I am not sure as to how this bed rail would effect the not yet potty trained child. Either way, I definitely recommend this product.
Question:	Has anyone actually used this on a king sized bed and can confirm it works without issue and is secure
Answer:	I'm surprised to see responses saying this fits a king sized bed. The straps on the one I purchased in April 2018 are clearly too short. This would work for a queen or smaller, but no way will it fit a king. Perhaps the manufacturer changed the strap size within the past year or two. Odd that they would do that. I have to return the product.

Answer:	Yes, it comes with 2 rails. The two rails were connected under the mattress, to keep it steady. If you have some kind of flat frame to support the mattress, you should be ok.

Answer:	Yes you can. Place velcro tabs under arms and swaddle close. My granddaughter prefers 1 or both arms out and still is swaddled tight and comfy !

Answer:	Manufacturer states that small is for babies 0-6 months, and then says minimum weight is 7 lbs and maximum 14 lbs. So for a smaller than seven pound baby, I would say the PODS stage would be better.
