Answer:	Yes it does! This is exactly what we use our 360 camera for. We mounted it on the ceiling in the corner of our babies room. We are able to see the entire room this way and can zoom in on the crib to watch more closely while sleeping. Answer:	It senses the amount of ambient light around itself. The knight vision mode tends to kick on in dim settings, though the closeness of objects seems to impact whether it turn on or not.
