Question:	Can I use this with my 18 month old child who is ~28lbs? Or should I use a full car seat
Answer:	Depends on how your toddler is. I started using it with my son at 23 months. The decision didn't have to do with age or weight, it was just his age when we first purchased him his own seat. I wouldn't hesitate to use it for my daughter who is currently 20 months. I don't know her weight, but it's about the same as your child. I find this much easier to use than lugging a car seat through the airport. It's guaranteed to fit in the plane seat, which isn't always true for regular car seats. One warning, you have to distract the child from the plane belt buckle. At first, they want to keep undoing the seatbelt. My son got over it rather quickly (or I flipped the buckle so he couldn't lift the flap).

Answer:	That's a good question, I wish I could say for sure but did not fly first class. However I'm fairly certain it would work, there is plenty of slack for a small child. My granddaughter is 37 pounds and is 3 years old, and there was plenty of slack. Have a great trip.

Answer:	Hello, my son is 21 months old and weighs around 34 pounds. I am still able to secure the Velcro (I am able to close it about half the way) and the snap closure in the back. For 40 pound, I would say it will probably be a tight fit. But even if you can barely close the Velcro, the snap closure, which has a little bit of a give, will hold it securely around your son's torso. If I were you I would order it and see if it fits. You can always send it back. My son's PT told me to not put the shoulder straps like you can see in the pictures but underneath his arms/armpit and hold them in the back closer to his body. Then when he gets more secure walking you hold onto the straps farther away from the body until you only hold them at the loops (at the end). My son actually likes the tight fit around his torso. I think it gives him a feeling of stability. But I have to say that he had to get used to it. He was scared in the beginning because he was used to holding onto our hands when trying to walk and then all of a sudden his hands were free. I hope this helps.

Answer:	One of my two year olds is 36lbs and 36in tall. It fits him. I would like for there to be more room to grow, but it should fit for a while. I've thought about adding to it myself to make it bigger. It wouldn't be that hard. I think these were worth the money. I hope this helped. :)

Answer:	It is a forward only facing seat, called a combination seat. That means it can be used with a harness and later as a booster seat (harness removed). It is best for kids around 3 & up (preschool), but it is not an ideal choice for really tall or long torsoed kids b/c the harness slots are not that high. 😊

Answer:	It fits around my 10 yr old's wrist, but he is pretty thin, his wrist is 5 in around. The max it can fasten is 5.5 inches, but might not be as secure because the Velcro would just barely reach.
