Question:	My son is a hot sleeper. What can I lay down so that he doesn't lay on the plastic and stays put
Answer:	We found a 1 inch thick pad that is approximately the size of the floor of the Peapod. It's actually intended to be a dog bed haha. We covered that with a soft infant changing pad cover and that serves as the mattress and fitted sheet. We push the pad as far to the foot of the pod as possible, and place his pillow at the top. He wasn't sleeping well on the plastic because he's hot natured and its loud whenever they roll over. He's sleeping great in it and loves it a lot. He uses it very frequently because it is his bed at grandma's house and we have done a lot of travel with it since getting the pod. (For reference, my son is 2.5)
Question:	Can this be tethered to the ground
Answer:	No. There are no floor anchor loops.
Question:	Does it come with any kind of "mattress" or one that you could buy? We are looking for something to use when we travel to use as a bed on the floor
Answer:	It does come with a pad that attaches to the underside of the tent, about the thickness of a sleeping bag. We have used it many times for travel as a bed on the floor, and our daughter was quite comfortable.

Answer:	The plus is bigger. I have a 2.5 yr old daughter (on the tall side) and the plus allows her a lot more room. The regular model is too small for a growing toddler.....better suited for an older infant.

Answer:	No. It has a thin foam layer on the bottom. We layered towels underneath it to cushion the bottom when in the floor. It would likely be okay on a plush carpet but not tile or a hard floor

Answer:	No.
Question:	I don't want these on the bed all of the time. Can rails be easily removed between use with grandkids
Answer:	Yes they can, very easily! We never even connected the two under the mattress like it recommends. The weight of the bed typically holds it in place very well. Upon removal, the legs even collapse and I simply slid the entire mechanism in between the mattresses for storage. They have been a fantastic security measure for our boy. Because he is wild!

Answer:	I just measure mine...the legs are ajustable to about 19 to 22 inches...however the seat sits lower then the legs...i first need towels to prop up the babies...but not for long...as for the weight...my guess is like most everything for babies...30 lbs...but i think most babies will need more well before they reach 30 lbs...my twin gandbabies spent lots of time in them...from about 4 months till just this past month..at 8 months...they needed more stimulation then they were getting in the stationary play station...so we just got walkers for them...but both my husband and i feel they were well worth the investment because of all the time it offered us to do something else beside hold them...not to mention how much they both loved sitting in them...hope this helps...

Question:	how thick is the mattress
Answer:	I would estimate 1/2- 3/4 inch in thickness.
Question:	How much does this weigh
Answer:	I think it weighs about 10 lbs. It's pretty light. One thing to note it definitely takes a little longer to assemble than a typical pack n play and it doesn't easily move from one room to the next assembled because it doesn't fit through doorways.
Question:	Will this fit in a suitcase
Answer:	In a very large suitcase yes, it will... And then just a shallow layer of clothes can fit around it. I chose to put it in a suitcase for air travel. I also stuffed clothes inside the travelpod bag (there's a little extra room in the bag) and then packed it to save room.
Question:	Would a 32 in. Tall 2 year old fit in this
Answer:	They would be more likely to tip it over. It's very light and my child had no problem almost getting it to fall over onto its side when she was only a year old.

Answer:	I bought this for my daughter-in-law to use with our 4th grandchild. She used this for about 6 months, possibly more. Answer:	Unfortunately the Stair Mounting Kit straps will fit a maximum 'wrap' of 16". If installing a pressure mounted gate at the bottom of your stairs, you could always look into the Qdos Y-Spindles. If this is for a hardware mount gate at the top of stairs, unfortunately it will need to have a 'wrap' area of 16" or less.

Answer:	The Qdos Stair Mounting Kit is designed to fit square banisters up to 4” x 4” (10 x 10 cm), or round banisters up to 5” (12.7 cm) in diameter. If trying to install this between two spindles that have a distance of 5.25", we would prefer to see pictures of the space you are trying to fit before confirming or denying the fit. Question:	Do you need special screws to install this into a drywall? Or are the long screws they provide enough
Answer:	Mine is mounted in a 32" opening. The user guide says it will go up to 42-1/2" openings. They also mention optional 10" extensions for 42" to 63" wide. They recommend no more than two extensions per gate.
Question:	Does this gate close automatically if left open
Answer:	Yes, but most gates are mounted easily in doorways as both mounts would be parallel to each other & gate perpendicular (like an "H"). What's great about this gate is that you can mount it between walls that don't line up as parallel to each other, like an "N".
Question:	how wide will this gate enclose
Answer:	It can swing a full 180* if needed. Our gate is set to open and swing from either direction. Yes it can be flush against the wall that the hinges are on.
Question:	Can this gate be mounted to a perpendicular surface, i.e. in a doorway
Answer:	Yes as long as it is wooden banisters. Metal banisters will require different hardware.
