Answer:	Good morning! The cribs that are manufactured since the new crib standards of 2010 are prohibited form having a drop size per the Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada. The mattress support on the Child Craft cribs, including the Rylan, have height adjustments so you can keep it higher for a new born and lower it when the child starts to sit up. Answer:	It is very close to picture..it is a lovely creamy color. We were extremely happy with it. It is not dark grey. Although we didn't buy matching dresser, we had purchased another from different company and it looked fine, so I believe if you see greys being sold in stores, you will find they are very close.
