If you are asking if you take them apart and add additional buttons that some controllers had, like turbo or rapid fire, so long as you have the buttons, the circuits and know how to properly install them, yes. And finally, if you are saying that you have "upgraded" buttons or control sticks that you would like to install and they would work with an official gamecube controller, yes. There is only one difference between these and my official gamecube controller aside from the logo and that is the spring behind the L and R buttons. (My crib mattress is about 4.5" thick.)
