Answer:	Only the ones that say they specifically have grips on them have grips. The size has nothing to do with the grips.

Answer:	My grandson is 2 1/2 months and is 13 pounds and I bought 6 months and they are a little big. I would get 3 months.

Answer:	Yep! Have washed them multiple times!! They do stretch a bit. We have the 12 month size and out little guy is 8 months. Bought them at 7 months and they'll still fit for awhile.
