Answer:	Yes, they are dishwasher safe, I've bought three sets over the years and still have most of my first set, and I've been dishwashing them since day 1 and they hold up tremendously.

Answer:	My daughter started using them at 20 months and is now just over two and she has always done great. Besides her tipping her cereal on the floor. Her mistake not the spoons. I love these for kids. I have bought two sets. My four and two year olds do great and they wash really well.

Question:	Are these top rack dishwasher only? Or can I put the bowls and plates on the bottom rack
Answer:	Their website says they are dishwasher safe to 158degrees F. The dishwasher safe emblem on the dishes shows bottom rack. Its also safe in the microwave, so can handle the heat. So I think it's safe to assume that its fine in bottom rack (we wash ours there...). Since the plastic forks, knives, spoons would have a logical spot on the bottom rack, and the paperwork doesn't specify top rack only, I think its fine.

Answer:	The plates are round - perfect for kids to eat on or play with. We use in them in our office for lunch/dinner since most don't have large portions.

Answer:	Not sure exactly, but I'd say 4-6 ounces. It feels just about right for my 2.5 yr old. Overall, we've been extremely happy with this set.

Answer:	I just bought these spoons (not through Amazon) and I faced this exact problem, so I was looking if someone else encountered it. In my opinion the weight distribuion of the spoon is the problem. It’s too heavy on the far end and this causes the spoon to tip over when left inside of a small container. It’s absolutely annoying when using it directly from a Gerber’s “Sitter 2nd Foods” container. I had to put a plate on the side just to sit the spoon, but even then you can’t leave food on it because it won’t stay put. I would never rate these spoons with 5 stars.

Question:	How do these compare, in size, to a regular teaspoon? My mother has dementia and tends to overfill the teaspoons when eating
Answer:	Slightly smaller but really why we used them was that people were feeding my 95 yo Mom with dementia with steel teaspoons and her teeth were breaking and the spoons were too big for her. Also, the food sometimes was too hot and temperature was always safe when we used the amazon spoons. These spoons helped her eat. Smaller spoons are better because of less risk of aspiration in dementia patients (who have difficulty swallowing anyway)
