It does not cause my skin to peel or feel tight like it would if it were high in retinol. I am over 65 and my skin is much thinner than it was in my younger years and I am more sensitive to the retinol. I also have used this same cream in the version that is not for sensitive skin and this one has a better result. If you are looking for a cream that leaves you skin feeling soft and silky, this is a great product.

Question:	Does this help with bags under my eyes? If not could you recomend a cream that does
Answer:	This cream slowly smooths out deep wrinkles. I don't have bags under my eyes so I really can't help.
Question:	Can someone tell me if this product acually works as a moisturizer aswell..or do i have to apply a separate moisturizer on top of this product
Answer:	I do not use ROC Retinol as a moisturizer. I put I on my face at night before I go to bed. I usually then read an hour and it has a chance to absorb into my skin.
Question:	Does this product come with an inner seal inside the jar
Answer:	I just received two jars that do not have inner seals.
Question:	Would this creme be good for skin thats oily? I mean isnt the skin hydrated enough? Idk
Answer:	It is mainly a wrinkle correction cream, so it is working on removing some layers of skin while hydrating. It can feel slightly “stingy” when first put on. It makes my skin flake off in areas. I am of retirement age, so not sure how it might react with oily skin. It does soak into your skin well.

Question:	Should this product have come sealed? Package was not secure and there wasn't a second lid under the top, like most facial products. Is this normal
Answer:	If this is an order for a re-seller, you will need to call us and set up a wholesale account. The wholesale price is usually $6.25. We would charge you $6.00. If it is not for a re-seller, $8.00 would be 20% less than the Amazon price which is already less than our regular retail price.
Question:	Other than sunscreen, how does night cream differ from day cream
Answer:	Hi, We have never had reports from customer regarding the effectiveness of using the products on neck lines. We would think that because neck lines are usually deeper than the lines around the eye/forehead, that the product wouldn't work as well. Thank you.
Question:	Help with Acne scars
Answer:	Use very very sparsely and make sure to rub it in completely and evenly, before it drys. Practice in a small area to get use to it. Never put more on thinking you didn't cover enough, cause you will become all white. Let it dry completely before applying make up. You will probably have to use a powder make up, like bare minerals or sheer cover. Liquid make up, will reactivate the product. Hope this helps. It really works pretty good once you get the hang of it. Keep trying, you'll get it. I did. 
Question:	Did this cream dry out anyone else's skin? It's suppose to be moisturizing, but my face is as dry as the desert after using it for a week now
Answer:	Hi Tich! Yes, No Lines can be used above your upper lip. We wouldn't put it directly onto the lips, however.
