Answer:	We have 3 and 2 of them click and lock easily, while 1 will never fully click and lock, no matter how much force is used. I think it’s a defect in some of them. It doesn’t leak despite this, so we haven’t worried about it.

Answer:	My husband studied this and we can't fix it. If you can tell your toddler to blow into the straw before they set the cup down, liquid shouldn't come out the top of the straw. But, a toddler can't remember to do that and he'll set the cup down and there will be a milk or juice mess under it in a few minutes. I got fed up and threw ours away.

Answer:	Make sure the valve of the straw if pushed all the way up into the spot for it under the lid. And that it clicks when you close it. Those two things cause leaking on mine, but if those are in place and it’s still leaking I would return.

Question:	Has anyone had leaking issues? If filled and put in bottle pocket if diaper bag? Or being tossed by a toddler
Answer:	I've tried so many cups and this one doesn't leak! We love it. My 2 year old throws it, takes it with water to bed, it gets tossed in my diaper bag, and we've never had a leak issue. Sometimes very cold thing, like milk, when left to sit in a warm room will eventually ooze up the straw, but I think that is a temperature issue, not a design flaw. My only real complaint about this cup is that you can't buy replacement straws separately. Eventually, he bites it so much that it doesn't work and I feel like we're throwing out perfectly good cups and replacing them on a repeat, when all we need is a new straw. But we keep doing it because it's really the best cup we've found so far.
Question:	How easy does this clean? Any trouble with mold developing
Answer:	I've had mold develop in all three of mine (inside the straw/silicone parts). I've had washed, dishwasher top rack, and have tried cleaning with small brushes and vinegar. No luck.
Question:	Any ideas how to get the water trapped in the lid out
Answer:	You can remove the small white gasket beneath the lid, allow the water to drain, and then - this parts important - wet the gasket and then use the sipping end of the straw to force it back in. Found this on Contigo’s website.
Question:	Can a smoothie be used with this straw? Would it be too thick to go through the valve
Answer:	If you can read my review (w/ pics), I go into great detail about why this cup is horrible for smoothies. I bought this cup specifically w/ the intent to use it for smoothies because of the large gauge straw. Beware the interior straw valve, it's easily damaged (and always seems to smell). The biggest problem with this cup is that the smoothie slowly creeps up the straw and out of the top of the straw and then fills the recess on the top of the cup and can cover the vent hole, which then pulls smoothie into the lid's matrix, where it gets trapped forever and molds. It happened to 3 cups!!! I finally gave up and trashed them all. We use the Thermos Brand "Fun"tainer for our smoothies now and have no complaints.

Answer:	Good afternoon Debra, The spouts on the Munchkin Click Lock Bite Proof Sippy Cups, 9oz are not hard spouts. The spouts are silicone.

Answer:	I don't think so... you literally have to bite the mouth piece to get any fluid to come out so in my opinion these are not good cups. Your little one will associate drinking with biting so that if you use any other cup they are basically guaranteed to get torn up. My little guy couldn't get any of the drink out. I threw the cups away and basically wasted money on them.

Question:	How does this compare to the Zoli Bot in your opinion
Answer:	I don’t believe so, but they do sell replacement straws, which is a huge plus to buying OXO brand vs. others, because most brands don’t offer replacement straws either. You usually end up having to buy a bunch of cups because the straws wear out. I order replacement straws at the same time I order a cup so I know I’ll be good for awhile!
Question:	How can I clean behind the button? Gunk is getting in there
Answer:	I looked up OXO replacement straw and amazon sells them.
Question:	Can I buy just the straw
Answer:	Yes. Amazon sells them. Look up OXO replacement straws.

Answer:	No, there is a stopper to keep the straw from being pulled out. It is a 2 piece straw: upper rubber/silicone piece and lower harder plastic straight piece.

Question:	Are these recommended to serve milk in? Easy to clean
Answer:	I couldn’t find anything in the description that says it’s BPA free.
Question:	Is there replacement parts? Had the cups for not even a week and the rubber part that goes in before the plastic part broke
Answer:	Just 1 bottle.
Question:	How much liquid do these cups hold
Answer:	I don't know but I doubt it. I haven't found any water bottles that are totally clean. The straws are hard plastic. The lid is hard plastic. I suspect you could change the straw out for Silicone. This was a compromise for us. Small enough for little kids and their school bags, mostly safe/clean, and not glass. As compromises go, its pretty good. I hope you find the illusive healthy water bottle! Goodness knows the marketplace needs more of them for kids!
Question:	Is there a cap or lid to keep the sip mouth piece clean
Answer:	It's a silicone straw with no built out stop piece on it like the hard plastic reusable straws. There are flexible rubber teeth (instead of just a hole or flip top) in the straw area of the cup that slow down removal but don't prevent the straw from being removed all the way.

Answer:	Yes. Mine has cap indicator light.
Question:	My son can’t figure out the straw. Was anyone with this issue able to get their kids to use these? How old were you kids
Answer:	Yes, I am using it with Windows 10 and have not had any problems with it.

Answer:	I know this is an old question but Amazon ships globally. Maybe the people with issues live in a country with different disposable battery standards? In Canada, the US, Mexico, and most of Europe these take standard sized batteries -- 2 AAAs for the keyboard and one AA for the mouse. I can't speak to the Warsaw Pact countries, Cuba, Africa or South American battery standards, I know the Warsaw Pact countries pretty much made up their own alternative standards for everything so I wouldn't attempt to use one of these there without further research there without buying a large box of AAA and AA batteries from here to use with it. I have the keyboard without the mouse, it definitely takes two AAA batteries of which are so standard that I probably have 50 or so new, in the package AAAs in my battery box at any one time.
Question:	Does the straw part that hits mouth made of silicone or plastic
Answer:	The picture on the outside of the box I received reflected a US keyboard, but inside the box, I found a European keyboard. I ordered 6 and needed to return them all. They were not compatible with my users fingers. The US keyboard has a wide "SHIFT" keys on both ends of the keyboard. The keyboards I received have narrow left-shift keys and various other punctuation keys in the wrong locations. The one clue is that there is no English on the outside of the box even though the photograph is of a US keyboard.
