Answer:	Good afternoon Debra, The spouts on the Munchkin Click Lock Bite Proof Sippy Cups, 9oz are not hard spouts. The spouts are silicone.
Question:	Is there 100% guarantee on the bite proof portion of the cup
Answer:	I don't think so... you literally have to bite the mouth piece to get any fluid to come out so in my opinion these are not good cups. Your little one will associate drinking with biting so that if you use any other cup they are basically guaranteed to get torn up. My little guy couldn't get any of the drink out. I threw the cups away and basically wasted money on them.

Question:	How fast is the reassembly? We are usually running for the door assembling sippy cups for daycare, and I need something that is quick and easy
Answer:	I am not sure, unfortunately I returned mine because once the opening mechanism gets filled with water there is no way to reach ti and clean it and it grows mold. I washed them every day, tried boiling, vinegar... defect in the design. My son loved them, it was hard to let them go...

Answer:	My 3 year old has oral issues and had a very hard time learning to suck from just a normal straw and had no issues with these cups. I agree with Trisha though, its important to put them together correctly, the part of the top of the straw that bends should be facing outward (away from the hinge of the lid). There is no seal to the straw like munchkin weighted straws or those similar to them so I'm not sure why others have issues. Perhaps people are putting the straw in backwards and when the child tries to bend it the wrong way it doesn't allow the liquid to come up. We've completely switched over to these cups.

Answer:	My kids have always used these as first cup ones cause their easy to drink from no matter the age theybstart using them had one start at 11mths wit this during days and perfect othet was like 13 mths before he was ready to stop bottle during day lol but idk just seems like they were the easiest for transition and I got 20 some different cups luckily mine r so close together I still had all the ones I tried from first to try second and 3 Rd and none worked but these Walmart sells them too but hard to find in stock always have to order online from them and amazon to get them Walmart sometimes sell single ones for $1.97 that’s what I did first try few yrs ago when I first used best thing ever I still use them or some form of them cause bunt has a few wit straws like this same flow wise and super easy for all ages cause they can control it and not hard at all
