Question:	How far does the projector need to be on the ceiling to project
Answer:	Min 1680 mm Average 1851mm Max 2021 mm Offset 34mm The projector comes with distance and offset values in the manual Be aware there is no vertical or horizontal lense shift on this model. You will need to be extremely close with your measurements . A low profile ceiling mount is also needed if you plan on ceiling mounting with the screen near the ceiling
Question:	Any problems with dust getting inside the projector and distorting the image (dust blobs)? This was a problem with my 720P short throw Benq
Answer:	Had mine for a year, and yes I’ve had problems with this. I’ve been using it on the ceiling of a somewhat dusty room (adjacent to the cooking room) so it was certainly exposed to airborne particles. There are a few very mild dark spots that have begun to appear on the picture. I have not yet dissassembled it or hit it with compressed air so I can’t really say if this is a user-fixable problem or not. Overall the dust hasn’t really hampered my enjoyment of the projector, but it’s something to watch out for if you’re a stickler for screen uniformity.
Question:	How good looks on white wall
Answer:	Pretty good actually the gamma will need to be adjusted as we games are pretty washed out and others are not on the same setting

Answer:	Mine is on a table right next to me and I do not notice the sound, like a laptop fan. Not like my old projectors. My room temperature is 80 or below. I keep my leather away from the side that blows out. Has no vents on top or bottom.

Question:	The Bluetooth audio keeps dropping in and out and does not always sync with the video. Do you have any suggestions about how to resolve this issue
Answer:	Yes, I just wouldn't use it. The range isn't long enough to be usable in most situations, and if you have a permanent home theater setup you can use the hdmi audio return channel to output audio to a soundbar. Maybe this isn't the answer you want to hear, but honestly the wifi and bluetooth were just selling points that ended up being worthless.
Question:	Volume and mute on remote doesn't seem to work. Nor does the home button. Does it only work in certain apps or is my remote defective

Question:	Is this better than tk850 for a living room ? i just bought tk850 and see this new one released recently, what is new in this
Answer:	Two things I know of: 1: The new one has 200 higher lumens. More but barely more. 2: The new one has WiFi and bluetooth, but neither works the greatest, and I'd rather use a Roku or other connected device any day. In short: Probably not a big enough difference for you to need to upgrade.

Question:	How is the image in daylight
Answer:	Depends on what "daylight"means to you. I live in Florida, so daylight means bright sun...so no, it will not be that great. Daylight meaning light coming into a house or office, then yes. It will be pretty bright. If also depends on how large your projected image is. The closer the projector to the screen, the brighter.
Question:	Native ratio on here shows 16:10... My projector screen tells me its for 16:9. Is this a problem, I am going to purchase this for outdoor movie/sports

Answer:	I don't think it has that kind of timer. It has a sleep timer that you can set to shut off after 30 minutes to 12 hours but there isn't any timer that will turn it back on automatically.

Question:	Is audio out Mono or Stereo
Answer:	On our 3rd unit, they all only outputted mono. BenQ rep said it should be stereo. Amazon must have gotten a bad batch? First bought around Prime Day.

Answer:	It could be your connection cable- Aux cord only does stereo- 2 Channels + sub. Some cables only do 2,3 or 5 channel spread. Sounds like you are using Dolby Surround 5.0. To stream and get Dolby- (1) Pick Up an AppleTV box- they have the dispersion software & FireWire cable to provide surround sound etc. or (2) buy a more expensive Projector that provides surround audio. I went thru same challenge. Hope that helps.

Keep in mind that while the AC cable is plugged in, you'll get a slightly brighter image, and when you have the GV1 running only on battery power, it'll be slightly dimmer. Question:	Can I watch tv
Answer:	You can watch TV with the projector if you have a tuner that has an HDMI or component output. The projector does not have a built in tuner so you would not be able to connect cable or an antenna directly to the projector to watch TV.
Question:	How's the noise level
Answer:	We've had our since Christmas and honestly I can't tell it's running when we're watching a movie/playing games even when the volume is low. To be clear, you can hear fan noise if you specifically listen for it, but I have never had a moment where I was like, "I wish the fan was more quiet" or "Turn the volume up to cover the fan noise". We are extremely satisfied with this unit.

Question:	How much noise this projector makes,is it loud
Answer:	The statistics have it at 29.0 decibels or 27.0 decibels in Eco mode. In practical use, I don't find it very loud, but I don't have a lot to compare it to, and I imagine your environment will contribute to perceived noise.
Question:	How bad is the rainbow effect in this unit, it is very noticiable
Answer:	I'm answering this question for all who click on this (I'll be posting up a review eventually). But it largely depends on: 1. Your eyes 2. Your source If you check the manual you will see that if you watch 60hz sources the wheel operates at 240hz. 240/60 = 4x speed color wheel. If you watch a 50hz source then it operates at 300hz. 300/50 = 6x speed. This is a pretty significant caveat. Benq doesn't mention about 24hz sources though. I've seen some people state that the wheel operates at 288hz but there's been no confirmation of it yet. So bottom line - is that yes, you may see rainbow effects. As at 60hz, the wheel actually operates at 4x speed. We got this to replace an old Yamaha DPX-1200 projector and I was immediately disappointed by how much I could see the rainbows compared to that old projector (I believe the Yamaha is a true 6x speed unit that operates at either 360hz or 420hz as it has a seven-segment color wheel). I hope this helps prospective buyers.
Question:	How far does the benq ht2050 have to be to project a 120" diagonal image
Answer:	I have a 120" and the projector is exactly 12' away.
Question:	What are the dimensions of this projector? The amazon listing shows 10in thick and I don't believe that based on the pictures

Answer:	Yes, an infrared remote. It also appears to be able to receive from it if you point it towards the screen onto which it projects.
Question:	which 3d glasses should i buy cant see me find one with the right specs
Answer:	DLP is the typeultra clear HD 144 Hz dlp link 3D for 24.95 by 3D heaven aren't the ones we bought and they work very well
Question:	Will the benq dlp hd 1080p projector (th670) be able to throw an image size of around 80 inch from 9 to 10 foot away and adjust for the difference
Answer:	Yes. Mine is 12 feet away from the wall and the max image is 105 inches. You can adjust smaller by turning the lever by the lens.
Question:	If the bulb or whatever blows where u buy a new one
Answer:	I suggest you buy one from BenQ's website. I tried buying a non-oem (cheaper) model I found online for another BenQ projector that I purchased a couple of years ago and it caused damage to my projector. I had to buy a new bulb from them and pay to have it repaired.
