Answer:	We have 3 and 2 of them click and lock easily, while 1 will never fully click and lock, no matter how much force is used. I think it’s a defect in some of them. It doesn’t leak despite this, so we haven’t worried about it.

Answer:	Holy moly...I had removed the plastic covering the top of the straw. But I had this same issue until I came here and read the comment about there being a second cover on the actual weighted part in the cup. Removed that and presto! Happy toddler.

Answer:	My husband studied this and we can't fix it. If you can tell your toddler to blow into the straw before they set the cup down, liquid shouldn't come out the top of the straw. But, a toddler can't remember to do that and he'll set the cup down and there will be a milk or juice mess under it in a few minutes. I got fed up and threw ours away.

Answer:	My kids have always used these as first cup ones cause their easy to drink from no matter the age theybstart using them had one start at 11mths wit this during days and perfect othet was like 13 mths before he was ready to stop bottle during day lol but idk just seems like they were the easiest for transition and I got 20 some different cups luckily mine r so close together I still had all the ones I tried from first to try second and 3 Rd and none worked but these Walmart sells them too but hard to find in stock always have to order online from them and amazon to get them Walmart sometimes sell single ones for $1.97 that’s what I did first try few yrs ago when I first used best thing ever I still use them or some form of them cause bunt has a few wit straws like this same flow wise and super easy for all ages cause they can control it and not hard at all

Question:	Mine leak so bad. is there any way to fix this? otherwise i’m returning
Answer:	Make sure the valve of the straw if pushed all the way up into the spot for it under the lid. And that it clicks when you close it. Those two things cause leaking on mine, but if those are in place and it’s still leaking I would return.
Question:	How do I get just the straws
Answer:	I was looking for the replaceable straws too. But no luck. Wish Munchkin would sell it individually.
Question:	Are there any tricks for getting the lid screwed on easily? I’ve found it very hit or miss
Answer:	Sit the lid on top and screw counter clockwise until you feel it sit right. You’ll feel the lid sort of sink in by doing this. Then, screw the top on clockwise.
