Her low loft pillow has become her lovie, so it's been difficult to transition her to a mid loft pillow. The low loft still works for her, but she's definitely big enough for the mid loft. The low loft version will compress down to about 1" thick, the mid loft will compress down to about 1.5" think, and the high loft version will compress down to about 2" thick. The high loft version is probably most suitable for adults.
