Answer:	Yes! I put all of the parts in it weekly - everything from the bottle to the shields. Just wash them first with soap and water and then pile them in! The bottles fit in the bottom section like a regular bottle.

Answer:	They is no perfect sterilization process, other than sealed bags with nuclear radiation, but it is better than air drying. As soon as the steam stops and the parts start to cool down then there is the opportunity for bacteria to begin to grow again, just like everything else in this world. If you believe that you can prevent your kids from ever coming into contact with any bacteria, then you should go back and study biology again. This certainly helps, but nothing is 100%.

Answer:	Thread a loose piece of “rope” through the eyelets down one side, and the appropriate level openings on the sides of the net from top to bottom. Or vice versa. Answer:	Make sure the warming plate is de-scaled. When there is mineral buildup on the metal plate, it causes the water to “over boil” which then runs out of the device and onto the dryer fan. If this happens too many times, it ruins the fan. I clean the metal plate each time after use. Just put a splash of vinegar onto the metal plate, make sure you coat the surface, wait a few seconds and wipe clean with a paper towel. Works like a charm and have never had any issues with mine. Proper maintenance is necessary for this product to work properly.

Answer:	Hi, if your bottle shows white spotty even if the distilled water. Here is couple of the cause of it. 1. you probably raised the bottles with tap water (typically, they are still very high content in mineral) 2. your distilled water is filtered water, not true distilled. Many have confusion between filtered water and distilled. water. filtered water is just filtered, can still be high in the mineral. Pur or distilled water are the ones with mineral mostly removed.

Answer:	Each new sterilizer comes with a plastic covering on the display to protect it. Sometimes this can look like your display is damaged or used, if the plastic cover is not perfectly flush with your display. If you see some plastic bubbles or crinkles on the display, try pulling back the clear plastic cover that should be covering your display, and then your display should look like new.

Answer:	Our steam sterilizer heating plate is made of FDA approved food grade 304 stainless steel, under instructed use, there shouldn't be any chance for the stainless to oxidize and corrode. If you started to see pinhole size rust with a small indentation on it, this is an indication that you have not done enough fresh water rinses after using citric acid or vinegar for descaling. While Vinegar and citric acid are great for descaling, it can also cause a reverse effect such corrosion, pitting or dullness to the heating plate if left unattended for over a long period of time. Just as all stainless steel appliances, any descaling process should not take longer than 1-2 hours, also, also be sure to do sufficient fresh water rinse after each descaling solution usage. Any small bit of acidic solution left behind can cause permanent damage to the heating plate, and it's not reversible. You can try descaling it and scrubbing the rust residue off if possible with a toothbrush and then running multiple fresh water rinses. Here are the instructions for descaling: Step 1: Choose the desired method **IMPORTANT** Prolong exposure to the acidic ingredients may cause pitting, rusting or dullness to the heating plate. Avoid prolong submerging and complete removal of any remaining cleaning solution is very critical. METHOD 1 - USING DESCALING MODE Only available on the PLUS models and for use with food-grade citric acid Pour about 100ml distilled water onto the Heating Plate, enough cover the entire rim, but do not exceed the maximum level. Add 1 teaspoon of citric acid powder to the water. Place the Chamber on the Electric Base Unit, then close the Lid. Please make sure that no other items are inside the Chamber. Press DESCALING button. No-scrub descaling with citric acid. The descaling mode takes 35 minutes—5 minutes of heating the citric acid to activate the cleaning agent and 30 minutes of submerging to soften the minerals. When the cycle is finished, the unit will beep 3 times. METHOD 2 - UNPLUGGED DESCALING WITH VINEGAR OR CITRIC ACID Model: All current and previous model. Unplug the unit. Dry any remaining water from the Heating Plate with a clean towel. Choose one of the following, make sure the chosen solution covers the entire rim; do not exceed the maximum level. a. Distilled white vinegar. b. Distilled water and add one teaspoon of citric acid powder. Leave the solution in the Heating Plate for a no longer than one hour. Use a clean towel to absorb the white vinegar until dry. A dedicated soft toothbrush may be used to clean stubborn buildup on the Heating Plate. Repeat steps 2-5 if necessary. Step 2 - Fresh Water Rinse To avoid burns, please be sure that the water has cooled down. Pour out the cleaning solution in the direction of the arrow on the base unit. Do NOT let water get into the air vent. Use a measuring cup to fill the heating plate with more fresh water. Do NOT let water get into the air vent. Repeat step 1 & 2 until no cleaning solution remaining. Wipe the entire base unit with a clean damp towel on the body and heating plate once again, the dry with a clean towel. This may not work, and your rust damage incurred may not be reversible. **If you see brown residues where there is no indentation, it may be just telling you that the feeding gears may need more washes.
