Question:	What makes this different from just a regular thermos
Answer:	Nothing major. The water stays hot/warm for a super long time. Biggest difference is that the top plastic case comes off for you to warm the bottles in. A regular thermos and a large cup would work the same but just more to travel with. I think this is definitely worth the money if breast feeding/pumping. If using formula, no need. A thermos to keep water warm would work just the same, as you can add it to the formula as needed.

Answer:	It takes about 25-30 min depending on the type of bottle you're using. I'll say this warmer is more like a "keep it warm while traveling" system rather than warming up something that is cold while you drive. If you're gonna make a long trip can be good if you put it on advance but again if is not a long trip I don't really see the benefit since we can warm up the bottle on water before leaving home. Answer:	yes, it worked fine with our drop ins. I think it works better with more volume than less volume since only the middle part of the drop ins is attached to the wall. It takes around 15 min to heat up 7 oz. I was not lucky...the bottle warmer stopped working after three times of use.

Answer:	It has a gasket that allows for a tight seal when you screw the bottle on. Power button is on the bottom and you can select deferent levels of temperature. And it will hold that temp until you are ready for it. The product comes with a USB-C cable, no power brick. I highly recommend this over traditional warmers since it can be warmed to a specific temp (103 degrees for instance). Other warmers will warm until the milk/ water feels like lava if left unsupervised... the other product, the formula dispenser is a nice concept, but I don’t like it nor do I use it, mainly because it is a bit messy, and if you are dispensing it into a warmed up bottle of water, the steam from the bottle cakes up the funnel and it makes a mess... if I was to buy this again, I’m only in it for the solid build quality of the warmer, not for the dispenser.

Answer:	Are you heating formula or breastmilk? Also, depends on if it is cold or not. For breastmilk out of the fridge I have my warmer set at 3:25, it comes out perfect every time. I think with formula you will have to warm it longer, but not sure. You would have to play around with it. To make sure it heats consistently every time, make sure you clean it every few weeks and your warmer will work great. Also, there is a list on the back of the warmer for a guide on how long milk/food take to heat.

Question:	Can this be used with plastic, silicone and glass bottles and also 9 oz phillips avent bottles
Answer:	I have been able to use it with Phillips Avent bottles, as well as Dr.Brown and Evenflo. I also use plastic bottles to pump and store breast milk which means I use the machines to defrost the milk, warm it and afterwards sterilize it (also in the machine). So yes, it works amazingly with plastic bottles. I’m not too sure about silicone and glass bottles because I don’t use either.
Question:	Does it fit MAM bottles
Answer:	Off course. Our Bottle Warmer fits MAM bottles.If you are pregnant, this baby warmer will be a good choice.
Question:	What kind of charger fits the bottle warmer
Answer:	USB I just use a large battery brick totally portable. Not sure if a stick would have enough juice. It takes a long time from cold so I preheat the water and leave the charger plugged in inside of an insulated pouch.

DESCALING

It is recommended to descale the bottle warmer every four weeks to ensure it continues to work efficiently.

1.Mix 10g citric acid cleaner with 200ml/3.4oz of cold water to descale the bottle warmer. Turn on the bottle warmer, select the STERILIZING FUCTION then wait for 2-3 minutes after boiling, the descaling is completed.

2.Mix 50ml/1.7 oz of white vinegar with 100ml/3.4oz of cold water to descale the bottle warmer. Switch on the bottle warmer, select the MILK WARMING FUCTION and wait for 10 minutes. Leave the solution in the bottle warmer until all scale has dissolved.

NOTE:

1.Never dry out

2.Do not use other types of descalers
