Answer:	This is a bottle warmer, not the baby brezza formula maker as the other poster was suggesting. This specific machine DOES warm up breast milk in the kiinde twist pouches. I highly recommend it!
Question:	Can bpa free plastic bottles be warmed
Answer:	MAM bottles with removable bottoms aren't ideal because the bottle sits in a warm water bath. Because of this water tends to collect in the threads and spill out when feeding. We have found heating in a different bottle then transferring to MAM bottles after works better. Regarding breast milk bags, we have defrosted and heated them in the machine, however because of the warm water bath and shape, the bags don't fit perfectly and tend to defrost from the bottom up. We have had better luck just putting breast milk bags in a Tupperware with warm water, they defrost pretty quickly. Machine works great though both with breast milk and formula. Had different settings to accommodate both and is easy to use.

Answer:	It's not true because I used glass bottles on it so many-many times. Just don't make it too hot then put in cold water while still very hot to cool it because it might break your glass bottle. Hope this will help you!

Answer:	Yes, condiment bottles will fit. I use mine for this very reason, to heat massage oil. Keep in mind Lotion, Oil, Water, or Milk will conduct heat at different rates. A bottle of Oil will heat much faster than a bottle of lotion. There is no temperature setting on this machine. The temperature is adjusted by the amount of water you add to the machine which then steams the bottle. Only experience will tell you how much water to add to the machine; I burned my fingers the first time I used it. Polyethylene condiment bottles will deform, though mine have not yet deformed to the point of leaking. Unless you consistently keep your bottles full, you will need to adjust how much water you add. If heating a full bottle makes it warm, heating a half bottle with the same amount of water can cause a burn. A client may not be very forgiving if you injure them. I would recommend a warmer with a temperature setting. They do however cost at least twice as much.

Answer:	Yes you can use the kozii to thaw breast milk that you have frozen flat. Just make sure that the bag is firmly sealed so that the water does not enter the bag. I would recommend no more than two minutes then remove the bag and mix the thawed with the frozen milk (squish it around with your hands) then re insert the bag and try another 1 to 2 minutes to finish the thaw and then check to make sure that the milk is warm enough for your baby's liking if not, adjust the time with small increases until you reach the optimum temperature. 1. The bottle warmer heats up your milk may be varied, depending on the size of bottle, room temp or milk just comes out of fridge. Always test your milk/food after removing it from the warmer, do not feed a baby hot milk/food.
