All you do is holdthe popsicles under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull on the flat handle; you may have to do this a couple of timesuntil you feel the popsicle release. They work great

Answer:	Yes, I do that all the time. I put diced fruit and sometimes coconut and nuts with a creamy mix. These are the easiest molds I have used. A dip in warm water and they come out beautifully. I do however, usually use popsicle sticks instead of the holders that come with them only because I do not have to worry about where they went to.Hope this helps.

Answer:	This nipple shield doesn’t work at all. It fills with milk and then collapses so there is no way of the baby to ever be able to get more milk out. In theory it’s a great idea but unfortunately it does not work. And no there is no way u can use a pump and get milk out

The diameter of the Mam nipple is the same as the Avent Classic nipple so they are interchangeable, however you won't have any venting system as the Mam nipple itself does not have a valve. I used a non spill mam teat with the avent bottle and it didn't seem to bother my daughter or cause nipple collapse.

We suggest doing up your new bra on the loosest fitting to give you room for adjustment as band 'relaxes'.

The strap should go in one straight line over your shoulder blade to the spine. Your straps should never dig in. If they do, it's probably because the band size you're wearing is too big and not giving sufficient support. Remember, it's the body of the bra that should most of the work, not the straps.
