Answer:	For my little girl who was getting 50 this 50 breastmilk, it started slowly working to help after the first bottle bout 45 minutes after her bottle. I found that after if was working really good in her system (bout a week) I needed to have this every other bottle or it was blow out city!!!

Answer:	The pro-advance has the 2'FL HMO prebiotics in it (fucosyllactose, fructooligosaccharides), which is supposed to assist in immunity by drawing good bacteria to the baby's intestinal tract. The regular advance formula also has prebiotics in it but they're galactooligosaccharides. They're both intended to help baby's immune system through the gut. Answer:	Hi there ,.. I am no expert on this but have found (in my opinion) the formula works (blends and melts in) better with warm to hotter water,... the powder seems to stay clumped and does not distribute evenly when cold water or not warmed water is attempted to mix with it,... but if you have lots of time and energy to shake it vigorously then yes room temp water may be ok. I guess if you live in the southern most hottest parts of the country and set the bottle of water in the sun in your room and it is the middle of the dead of summer then it may heat up enough to have the formula work great even with the water then at “room temp” !
