Answer:	You should get an umbrella base for it before putting the umbrella through the hole in the table. Also, measure the width of the hole, and make sure it fits with the diameter of the umbrella pole.

Answer:	The one I have has a white pole and white ribs also. looks great with the white table and chairs on the deck. We ordered the Pacific blue canopy and it takes the cake. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I have no idea. I would recommend you call the manufacturer on that one.

Answer:	For reference, the pole diameter is 1.5", so this umbrella will fit base sleeves with that compatibility. If the umbrella is used in a pool, it should be at your discretion only. Since pool water is corrosive by nature, we recommend using our umbrellas in a standard base configuration rather than in a pool. Using the umbrella in a pool will also nullify the warranty.
