Answer:	They have a very mild scent. I am fairly sensitive to scents and this one does not bother me at all. The opening is just a tape closure as I think they are meant to be refills. But the tape reseals just fine and I never have a problem with them drying out.

Question:	Can this wipe warmer be used for cloth wipes
Answer:	I have been using this for our cloth wipes for about 3 months now. It works well. We use 1 squirt of Dove baby wash with 1 3/4 cup of water for our wipe solution.
Question:	Do you have to take the wipes out of the plastic holder before you put it in the warmer
Answer:	We recommend that you take them out of the plastic dispenser that they came in and place them in the warmer by themselves.
Question:	Is this big enough to hold adult wipes
Answer:	Adult wipes, "All Purpose Personal Washcloths" from Kroger (7.9"X 12.5") will barely fit, if you remove the wipes from the package, and have them facing the same as when they were in the package. They'really too wide though. Also Tranquility Premium Protection Cleansing Wipes (9"X 13") won't fit at all. The inside dimensions of the Hiccapop are 7.75" L X 5" W X 3.5" D. You'll have to take a measuring tape to the store to find out what the dimensions are of the wipes, because that info isn't on the package: only the unfolded dimensions are displayed. Had some from Costco that fit, but they're no longer available at my local store. Hope this helps. This is a great product, though I wish they would make one designed for the largest adult wipes.
Question:	I recently purchased one. Was anything in plastic packaging? The item I received looks a bit used
Answer:	Hi Tamara. We have been pulling our hair out trying to get to the bottom of this, but I think this explains it all. It's been a long 24 hours of back and forth talks with Amazon about this issue. Apparently, Amazon uses its discretion to determine if a customer return is considered "New" and "Sellable". That means that whatever Amazon employee receives the item back from another customer return decides... but they don't even have to open the box. A box can look in perfect condition and they put it back on the shelf (so to speak). We have had just 5 similar complaints in the last 1.5 months, so it's very rare. However, this truly bothered us because we only sell brand new items directly from our manufacturer. Amazon does not have a solution for me (which is CRAZY). I am so very sorry about this. I'm really glad you reached out. We have refunded your entire order and sent out a new wipe warmer to you. Please, accept our apology.

Answer:	I think they are fine for wiping spit up off of a baby's face. You may want to check with your Ped to be safe (type the ingredients out, or send a link to the product to their portal) as always. I can tell you that they work wonders for getting stuff off of the kids (mine are now 2, 4...been using these since the 2 year old was very young). Imagine that you have a food-smudge...you know how if you used a paper towel that was wet, you'd have to wipe at it a few times? These have a lotion-y feel WITHOUT being slimy or lotion-heavy. You barely notice it. But they do a great job of wiping away everything in one wipe! I have purchased these for I think as long as they've been around (?) as a subscription.

Answer:	They are like a cloth. If you get them take them out of the bag and put into a container. Half of mine had black stuff on/in them. My daughter had a horrible fungal infection from it.

Answer:	I have never used the Amazon Elements wipes, but the Mama Bear brand are fantastic. I have read reviews of the Amazon Elements brand turning skin orange and fabrics brown, but I haven't had that experience with these. I would definitely recommend these wipes. I get them on subscribe and save and it is amazing.
