Question:	How long does it stay warm after you unplug it
Answer:	Not very long. Maybe an hour. Basically without being on it will return to room temperature or cooler because of the moisture. We do usually unplug when going out of town and try and leave empty. Sometimes my son just can't have the luxury of warm wipes. For example when we're on the go he gets a few spritzes of our homemade solution and dry wipes. For longer vacations we'll take a reusable wipes container, fill with wipes and our solution and use them cold. He doesn't complain too much. My son always appreciates coming home to his warm wipes. It's a good system! Hope this helps!

Answer:	I have been using this for a year now and have never had any mold. I don't use the pad and I use distilled water. My wipes are in there for 4-6 days before I have to reload it.
Question:	Can you use this without the pillow? If not, how long will the pillow last
Answer:	You can, but I use and appreciate the pillow. It lasts three months. It helps keep things fresh AND creates a buffer between the heat element and the wipes. You won't end up with discolored wipes when you accidentally let the wipes dry up (it WILL happen at some point, mom life.)

Answer:	Warm and damp if they start out damp. We use cloth wipes and we haven't had an issue with them drying out. If you don't have the antibacterial pad in the bottom, sometimes the last wipe will be dry. I just add a little bit of water to the warmer before adding my cloth, predampened wipes and I don't have any issues.

Answer:	Yes. I actually read reviews and only put water and small amount of soap in the Lionheart. Then I grab a cloth and dip in the water and rinse. Then each week I clean out the water...helps keep the fear of mold at Bay. I didn't like the idea of the wipes sitting in warm water and being contained....I wasn't sure how long they would stay wrapped up before getting used. Anyhow, I bought a bunch of wipes... although the ones you get are nice, I found some others that I liked best. (Can't think of the brand right now, but they were sort of expensive and came in bright colors...white on the back. Feel like soft fleece...so really nice on the bottoms. I also got I think bamboo type ones...cheaper, do the job. Use those with more poopy bottoms and the nice ones with just wet bottoms. Btw...used wet wipes to clean the poop off so I wouldn't have to clean the wipe. I had a bin that I put the dirty wipes in aside from the laundry bin to allow to dry. I set my Lionheart on top of a kitchen oxo mat to keep the water confined and also to let the wet wipes dry out after use)

Answer:	It doesn't have any ledges on the top, so yes. I had mine on top of it. (even if it is over the edge a little...mine isn't just saying).
Question:	how many diapers does it hold
Answer:	I don't use mine as shown in the pictures but the number of diapers the two diaper bins holds is 18 (size 4) on each side. I keep my grandsons three days a week and for convenience I assembled it differently than the pictures shown. I put the two diaper bins side by side with the opening on top. I then hooked one of the smaller bins on each side of the diaper bins. I put a large tub of wipes and a large container of baby powder in one of the diaper bins (picture the baby powder upright beside the wipes) and I put diapers in the other diaper bin. In each of the two smaller bins I put other things such as Desitin, hand sanitizer, etc. I also used Velcro to hold all four bins together so I can put the organizer away when I'm not using it. I too love this station because it keeps everything organized and handy. I hope this makes sense, I can send a picture if you need it.

Answer:	Approximately 35. Awesome product. Ive had mine 9 years already.
Question:	Will it hold any type of wipes or does it only take one brand
Answer:	I'm assuming any brand of wet disposable wipes... the couple I bought it for uses a cheaper brand (Parent's Choice, which is also what I use) and it works fine, so I imagine that the more expensive, mainstream brands (Huggies, Pampers, etc.) would work as well.

Answer:	This product only worked for me for 4 months, because I had it plugged up 24/7. There's no on/off switch. I ended up purchasing Munchkin wipe warmer from Target. It works great.

Answer:	All wipes fit.... However, it is a pain to just grab a handful to put into wipe warmer (not a lot fit)... what I do is fill up my wipe tub and just grab wipes from the tub to fill up the wipe warmer or I use wipe refills...

Answer:	Yes, the wipes would just sit on too of the pillows
Question:	What is the purpose of tiptop pillow and where is it placed? Does it need to be replaced
Answer:	TipTop pillow is used, particularly in the EVO model, to help keep the top wipes moist as they are not sealed into the warmer, airtight. If it is not saturated at all times, I find it hard to believe the top wipes would remain moist as they are exposed to air because the second lid on the EVO model does not have an airtight gasket. Yes, the tip top pillow needs to be replaced, I believe at the same frequency as the EverFresh pillow does.
