Answer:	Yikes! I had all 3 of my children in a 5 point rear facing until 2, and 5 point front facing latch until 5. A 10 month old is far too tiny for less than 5 point harness for many years, please choose safety not price.

Answer:	It is MUCH simpler to latch and unlatch than a normal harness car seat. Also, it is not absolutely necessary to use the latch system (I believe I read this in the instructions), because the latch system is just there to keep the booster in place when a child is not sitting in it with the seat belt on.

Answer:	This seat, as with all booster seats simply positions the child. The work is done by the vehicle's seatbelt. The latch feature of this car seat is primarily used to secure the car seat when there is NO passenger in the seat, although it obviously holds the seat steady whether there's a child in the seat or not.

Love the seat; took it to a saftey inspection and was told that it is one of the better seats on the market. We love it!!!! It adjusts to them there is a lever in the back to make them more comfortable and do much safer than the booster seats alone. It has a place to slide the seatbelt in to make sure it is positioned properly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Installation

The Buckle Booster usually works in all back seats, though there are some exceptions. It can sometimes be used in the front for bench seats.

1. Simply slide the Buckle Booster over the receptacle that you would like to raise

2. Ensure that it fits firmly at the base, allowing access to the (usually red) release button

3. Fasten the seat belt with ease

Originally conceived as an animated pal, Lana the Llama took real life form as a crocheted mini friend when our passion for the Buckle Booster project could no longer be contained.

Materials

We take safety seriously, so we worked hard to use the safest material when designing the Buckle Booster. TPE material is used to make pacifiers, baby bottle parts, and food preparation items like spatulas. The denser version of this same material provides stability for your seat belt buckle and easy access for you! Don't get any ideas, though - you or your kids should not eat or chew on the Buckle Booster. The installer must assess safety.

Question:	can they be used by special needs young adults
Answer:	Maybe
Question:	does this booster have quick push button release to move from one car to another
Answer:	No. It doesn't have a base to click into. It uses the lap/shoulder belt to hold it in place. There may be an anchor strap. I can't remember, but Maine just made these seats not legal for the size/weight of the kids I put in them. (I'm the grandmother).
Question:	Why do these sizes say 3-6 and 6-12 months? Products like this are for kids ages
Answer:	I think this is a mistake. It is for big kids
Question:	Does anybody find it a problem that this booster doesn’t have a latch to secure it to the seat
Answer:	When the seat is not occupied it is still advised to buckle the seat in with the vehicle lap/shoulder belt to prevent it from being a projectile item in the vehicle.

The BubbleBum meets and exceeds the safety requirements of the FMVSS 213 (Federal Motor Safety Standard for USA). As with all booster seats, it is designed for use with a standard 3 point adult seat belt that has been approved to ECE Regulation 15 or equivalent.

The material we use is similar to that of a lifebelt making it durable and extra safe. The air bladder contains memory foam which add structural integrity and comfort. The BubbleBum adds boost to position the seatbelt and prevents slouching.

EXTREME TEMPERATURES

Do not expose to extreme temperatures, this includes leaving in a vehicle while inflated when not in use or storing above a heater. Continual exposure will cause the materials to deteriorate and the seat will deflate.

If you need to leave the BubbleBum in the vehicle when not In use, simply unscrew the cap on the valve and place out of direct sunlight eg in the trunk (boot) of the car.

If using in areas of high altitude, please note the seat may partially deflate when driving from low to high altitude.

Do not reinflate at high altitude as this will cause the seat to over inflate and puncture on return to low altitude. For this reason when flying ensure that the seat is deflated and the valve cap closed.

Question:	My husband is concerned about the seat being punctured during a crash. Is that a possibility? How easy would it be to puncture
Answer:	It’s likely that it would get punctured in a crash, but by that time its job is done. Boosters are to ensure the proper fit of the seatbelt during the crash, so that the seatbelts don’t injure the children.
Question:	Is it washable
Answer:	I don't know if it could be put in a machine but the surface is such that I feel it could be washed by hand should it get soiled.
Question:	Comfortable for a leggy kid on longer rides
Answer:	My very big 6yo (65#,50") says it's pretty comfortable. On longer rides she tends to wiggle and lean over, though, so we use a high backed booster or a harness if she might fall asleep.
Question:	Where do you inflate the seat? This is for riding in taxis, so there is an "ick" factor to consider (unless there is a pump included
Answer:	It inflates in the back corner. It has a twist cap that allows you to fill or deflate easily. It would be a good option for taxis, but I understand the"ick"". There is no pump.
