I would suggest contacting Nuby directly because I looked at quite a few sites and saw no mention of medical grade specifically for the mittens. Answer:	I’m not sure if there’s a better way to do it but I hand wash them in warm water and than put them in the dryer on the delicates option.

Answer:	I am not sure. But I follow the measurements the site gave along with measuring my dog carefully and the harness fits well. Tito loves it. I had to adjust to almost the smallest dimensions but once I had it set it is just a matter of clipping it on him. I don't have to readjust. Unless he grows of course. He is 7 or 8 pounds now at 15 months.

Answer:	My dog is 10 pounds and I bought the small size. The extra small I had to send back as it was too small. A 60 pound dog would need much larger. Ask the manufacturer as they would probably know. I hope this helps.

Answer:	No, the mittens don't have the plastic lining that makes a crinkling noise. We decided not to use it because the mitten wouldn't be breathable and the plastic would trap all the moist inside of the mitten which could lead to mold development.
