Answer:	Parrots can easily chew anything to shreds! Our cockatiel doesn't try to shred his cage cover. Our african gray will try to chew anything on or near his cage. We put a towel on top of the cage before we put the cover on. For some reason he only chews the towel, not the cage cover.

Answer:	If you purchased through the Amazon site then you should be covered under their A-Z Guarantee. Also, the company that makes this product, Earth Mama Angel Baby, stands behind and guarantees all of their products. If you received a jar that had little whiteish lumps in it, those are Shea pearls. They will melt once rubbed into the skin and warmed up. However, feel free to call the company directly and speak with someone with any questions you might have. They are really awesome to deal with. I buy from them frequently.
Question:	How do you know what size to order? My son usually wears a size
Answer:	Kinda of both and neither at the same time- imagine if vaseline were thick enough to hold shape, but thin & not so oily. If used as a hand cream, for example, it'll leave your hands greasy feeling, so it provides a protective barrier when used as a diaper cream, but the ingredient's (mainly the Calendula?) have a gentle healing property that seriously makes a significant positive difference. I also take a about a tablespoon of this, and mix it with about 40ml of "Shea Moisture- Raw Shea Butter Rub Baby Oil", and when he's got a yeast infection, pump a few squirts of this on his little tush AFTER applying the prescribed medication, to seal it all in, and to help heal the sores he gets from the YI.
